MY APPROACH
MORE THINGS THAT ARE FUN TO KNOW
TRIPLE WATER SIGN
As a Scorpio Sun with both a Pisces Moon and Pisces Rising, I move through the world with deep emotional sensitivity, intuition, imagination, and psychological awareness. I am naturally drawn beneath surface appearances — toward the unspoken dynamics, emotional truths, contradictions, and deeper meanings that shape people, relationships, and human behavior.
Water signs are often associated with emotional depth and adaptability, and that has certainly been true in my life. I can feel and perceive subtle shifts in people and environments very quickly, which has given me both profound empathy and a strong awareness of the importance of boundaries, grounding, and discernment.
I also have Lilith in Capricorn in the 10th House, which adds another layer to how I move through the world and the work I feel called toward. While my Pisces placements bring softness, intuition, and emotional attunement, Lilith in Capricorn brings themes of dignity, visibility, self respect, power reclamation, and refusing self abandonment. It reflects a lifelong tension between deep sensitivity and the need to remain grounded in personal authority and truth.
Much of my work centers around helping people reconnect to themselves beneath performance, conditioning, shame, relational survival strategies, and inherited roles. I am deeply interested in the places where emotional truth, identity, attachment, trauma, and self worth intersect.
My work is rooted in the belief that sensitivity is not weakness. When supported with self awareness and emotional honesty, it becomes a source of insight, compassion, creativity, and relational intelligence.
Kindness guides my work, but so does truth. I believe healing often begins when we stop performing who we think we need to be and begin reconnecting with what is actually real beneath the surface.
ENERGY SENSITIVE
I have always experienced the world as highly sensory, emotionally permeable, and intuitively alive. Long before I had language for it, I could feel the emotional atmosphere in a room, absorb the energy of environments, and notice subtle shifts in people beneath what was being spoken aloud.
Because of that sensitivity, grounding, energetic boundaries, nervous system regulation, and intentional environmental care have become deeply important parts of my life and practice. I believe many emotionally sensitive people move through the world carrying far more than they realize, often internalizing the emotions, tension, projections, or dysregulation of others without understanding why they feel depleted, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.
My approach to energetic work is less about fear or spiritual performance and more about helping people reconnect to clarity, presence, embodiment, and emotional steadiness. Depending on the person and their preferences, I may incorporate grounding practices, energetic clearing, breathwork, plant distillations, incense, smudging, crystals, or other symbolic and sensory rituals that support regulation, intentionality, and emotional release.
At its core, this work is about creating space for people to feel more connected to themselves — emotionally, physically, spiritually, and relationally — without losing themselves in the energy, expectations, or pain of others.
I’m deeply drawn to the mutuality of human connection — listening, witnessing, learning, and growing alongside others. Much of my work is rooted in the belief that healing is not a hierarchy, but a shared process of truth-telling, self-discovery, and remembering ourselves more fully through relationship.
SPIRITUAL
My relationship with spirituality has never belonged to a single system, doctrine, or identity. From an early age, I found myself searching for deeper meaning beneath human behavior, suffering, connection, and transformation.
I was raised within Christian Science, became a born again Christian at eleven, and later attended Catholic high school, where my study of world religions opened the door to broader questions surrounding consciousness, symbolism, reincarnation, and the human search for meaning. By nineteen, I had immersed myself in astrology, numerology, psychology, and archetypal systems as ways of understanding both human nature and the deeper patterns that shape our lives.
Over the years, my path continued to expand through the study of Rudolf Steiner and Anthroposophy, chakra systems, Chinese medicine, energy meridians, nervous system awareness, and holistic approaches to healing. I have also been deeply influenced by teachers and writers such as Joseph Campbell, Brené Brown, Louise Hay, Sonia Choquette, Barbara Clow, Abraham Hicks, Danielle LaPorte, Gabby Bernstein, and others whose work explores vulnerability, consciousness, meaning making, and emotional transformation.
Today, my spirituality is less about certainty and more about presence, emotional truth, intuition, relational awareness, and the understanding that healing often begins when we stop abandoning ourselves in order to belong.
Rather than asking people to adopt a particular belief system, I’m interested in helping them reconnect with their own inner knowing, symbolic language, emotional reality, and capacity for deeper self trust.
HOLISTIC
Every time I immerse myself in nature, I am reminded that healing is not about fixing ourselves. It is about remembering who we were before shame, survival, trauma, and conditioning taught us to disconnect from our own truth and one another.
My work is deeply holistic, integrating trauma-informed practices with intuition, nervous system awareness, emotional healing, holistic nutrition, herbalism, plant medicine, energy work, essential oils, crystals, and substance abuse prevention. I believe the body, psyche, relationships, and spirit are always in conversation with one another, and true healing happens when we begin listening honestly to all of them.
Much of my work centers on helping people reconnect with their own inner authority, self-trust, emotional truth, and sense of worth without abandoning their sensitivity, depth, or humanity in the process.
I am not here to position myself above you as someone with all the answers. I am here to meet you where you are, hold space for what is real, and help you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been silenced, rejected, overadapted, or forgotten.
